Welcome and thank you for your interest in Holy Family’s graduate program in Human
Resources Management. Our program was introduced in 2000 and is an unqualified
success with over 100 students now having been graduated and many others nearing
graduation. The program has as many success stories as there are graduates. Almost all
graduates have secured management level jobs in human resources departments. Many
have gotten promotions to manager positions and some have moved up to vice president
positions. The future for positions in the areas of training and development, recruiting,
employee relations and compensation continues to be very strong in this geographic area
and in other parts of the country. There is a great future for human resources
professionals, and this program is the way to get in on that future.
