Payment of tuition and fees
All tuition and fees are payable directly to the Business Office by the deadlines
indicated on the bill and can be made by personal check, money order, VISA,
MasterCard, Discover Card, or cash. The release of grade reports, official
transcripts, or diplomas depends on financial clearance. The Business
Office will bill students who register early. The invoice will note the
date payment is due. For students registering during the two weeks prior
to classes beginning, payment is due at the time of registration.
All collection costs (attorney fees, etc.) incurred by the University in the
collection of tuition and fees are assessed to and paid by the student. Additional
charges, financial aid and other credits appear on monthly invoices, which
are mailed during the semester.
Deferred Tuition Plan
To assist students in budgeting tuition payments for the semester, Holy Family
University provides a deferred tuition payment plan. This is available
to all full-time and part-time students if they meet the financial requirements;
it is subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.
Terms and Conditions
No interest shall be charged.
Scheduled monthly payments can be planned, providing the ability to pay tuition
over the semester.
An amount equal to one half of the total semester budget must be paid prior
to entering into the plan each semester. Books and incidentals do not
qualify for deferred tuition.
A deferred payment fee of $30 shall be assessed.
